Fans Mull Over New Batman Movie

After the newest trailer of the sequel to Batman Begins was released, there was renewed fervor on the movie, after discussions on the new bat cowl and the death of Heath Ledger (A Knight's Tale) who played the Joker. Rumor has it that this new Batman will be more real, more human, and more believable.

In the first one, Christian Bale, as millionaire Bruce Wayne, battled with his own fears and insecurities, transforming himself into the Batman, after years of training and exposure to the world of criminals, as an outlet for his quest for retribution for the murder of his parents.

This time, he already is the Batman feared by criminals. But something... someone has appeared who has no fear of the Batman. Fans speculate on how Bruce Wayne's mastery over fear and his battle with the Joker may be the trigger that will bring about a new, darker Batman character unlike the one in the previous movie.

Grittier, and with more down-to-earth characters that entwine with the Batman's own, this movie is expected to be just the thing that will make the idea of seeing a brooding vigilante dressed like a bat more real as a hero, or---as Harvey Dent (left photo) puts it in the movie---a villain, if you live long enough.

The Dark Knight Has New Teaser

The Dark Knight has a new teaser trailer that follows the first one where the bat insignia is demolished. The new one shows Batman and Alfred exchanging words. It's all dark as usual, but it does show Batman's bike. The new trailer was shown during Wizard World, a popular comic book convention. After that, it will only be shown again in theaters.

The Dark Knight's The Joker Photographed with Headless Man

What's this? Is this the photograph of The Joker from the set of The Dark Knight together with a new headless villain? Or is this an old photo of the late Brandon Lee in the set of the Crow? Where is Christian Bale as The Batman? Has Heath Ledger aka The Joker stolen the spotlight from him? Was the gravelly voice of Bale's Batman somehow responsible?

Why is The Joker wearing a dark-purple leather jacket instead of a bright-purple formal one? Will this sequel to Batman Begins earn more than the first one? Is there really a curse behind the freaky makeup of the Crow and The Joker? Find out the next time you watch! Same Bat time! Same Bat channel!

Tah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah! Batmaaaaan!

Joker laughs: Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, haaa!!!

Batman's Bike Also Comes In Black

Guess whose bike this is? Yes, that's the Dark Knight riding his Bat Bike, and I don't think the photograph can get any darker, or blacker than this. But the rider is most likely stuntman Jean-Pierre Goy, whose supposedly the only one who has ever ridden the strange vehicle, which doesn't steer with the hands. Instead, it has something which you put your shoulders on and you have to twist a little to go left and right.

The Dark Knight Bat Suit Designed by Linda Hemming

Here is the new Bat Suit for the sequel to Batman Begins, The Dark Knight. Somehow, it reminds me of RoboCop's outfit. It's a good thing that actor Christian Bale can easily turn his head in this version. The headgear is designed by Linda Hemming to be like a motorcycle helmet. That will give more realism to his movements.
