This fantasy movie about kids entering a fantasy world of fairy tale creatures is from the popular and beloved series of books, The Spiderwick Chronicles by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black. In the story, the Gracie family move from the city to an old, secluded house in a remote area owned by their great great uncle Arthur Spiderwick. Of course, the kids, twin brothers and their sister, have the time of their lives when they discover a secret that lay undiscovered for a long time in a hidden room. They find a book with a warning to whoever reads it. Then, the adventure and danger begins.
